Dr. Debra Palmer is an experienced dentist who works alongside her daughter, Dr. Tiffany Smalkoski, at Creating Beautiful Smiles in Racine, WI. Dr. Palmer has more than 35 years of experience and specializes in cosmetic dentistry and facial aesthetics, such as BOTOX® Cosmetic and JUVÉDERM®.
