Dr. Ric Palmer graduated from Marquette University School of Dentistry in 1979. He works at Creating Beautiful Smiles part-time helping his wife and daughter. Dr. Ric has always loved doing general dentistry and working in the lab helping others. He also has a passion for mission work, joining his wife, Dr. Debbie Palmer, on annual trips. In his spare time, he enjoys writing songs and playing his guitar.
Amy Smalkoski serves as head of office management at Creating Beautiful Smiles. She is a certified medical assistant with ten years of experience and specializes in performing cosmetic services with the Opus Plasma® facial resurfacing device by Alma. Amy has years of nursing experience and has held various leadership roles over the years. She is pursuing her bachelor's degree in management, as well as following her passion for cosmetic medicine with an aesthetician license. Amy is married and the mother of three beautiful girls.
